What is the Cortisol Reset Method©?

The Cortisol Reset Method© is a practical training concept for actively regulating the stress hormone cortisol. It combines neuroscientific findings about the autonomic nervous system with techniques that can be applied immediately in everyday professional and private life.

In contrast to pure relaxation techniques, the method aims to specifically interrupt the body’s stress response and bring the nervous system into a state of physiological coherence – measurable by heart rate variability (HRV) and reduced cortisol levels.
